At Makani, your experience doesn’t end on the water. That’s why we’ve created the Makani Fitness Hub – a dedicated gym and movement space available free of charge for all our kitesurfing guests who have equipment storage, beach use, are taking a kite course, or renting gear with us.
This open and inspiring space is perfect for your pre-session warm-up, post-session recovery, or just a mindful break during the day.
Every day, we offer a variety of group classes including calisthenics, stretching, yoga, and more – all designed to support your body and enhance your performance on the water.

Calisthenics

Stretching for Kitesurfers – Recovery Session
After a long day on the water, your body deserves a proper reset. This 20-minute stretching session is designed to help kitesurfers and wingfoilers release tension, improve mobility, and speed up recovery. Gentle movements and deep stretches will target the muscles most used while riding – so you can feel refreshed, relaxed, and ready for your next session.
