Our Fitness Hub is an open, light-filled space designed for movement, balance, and recovery. Whether you want to train, stretch, or simply move your body between sessions on the water, this is your place. The area is intentionally kept open and flexible, allowing you to follow your own routine at your own pace—no pressure, no fixed program, just freedom to train.

The gym is free to use for all Makani guests and perfectly suited for functional workouts, mobility sessions, bodyweight training, or a relaxed stretch after kitesurfing, wingfoiling, or a long day in the sun. With fresh air, a calm atmosphere, and space to move, it’s about feeling good rather than pushing limits.

In addition to free training, we also offer Pilates Reformer classes on site. These guided sessions focus on strength, control, posture, and flexibility, making them an ideal complement to water sports. Whether you’re looking to improve performance, prevent injuries, or simply reconnect with your body, Pilates adds a mindful and effective dimension to your stay.
